Grignano is one of the most intriguing olive oils that we have tasted lately. A typical olive variety for Veneto, we fell in love with it with the first sip. Luigi sent us a bottle of his newest harvest, and we immediately fell in love with its color, aromas taste and clear finish.
Luigi was so kind and sent usGrignano displays a green color as close to emerald green as we could ever think of. It reminds of fresh field grass in the spring, of blooming nature, of green leaves and citrus fruit.
